At GBC we take joy in the gospel of Christ and his power to radically change lives. The good news of Christ living, dying, rising from the dead, reigning, and returning again must be known near and far and is needed by both sinners and saints. To that end, we seek to be a church marked by these things.

Commitment to God's Word as the rule for life and the foundation for all that we do as a church. We want to be a people who know, live, and love the Bible.

Christ-centeredness in all things. He is both Savior and Lord and must be loved, worshiped, and obeyed accordingly.

Joyful and reverent worship to God and Him alone. Our gathered worship on the Lord's Day consists of reading, preaching, and listening to God's Word, singing, praying, giving, and observance of baptism and the Lord's supper.

A balanced ministry. Faithful in caring for the flock by preaching the whole counsel of God, shepherding, and counseling. Intentional and active in outreach through mercy ministry, evangelism, and missions.  

Enjoying fellowship that is close and sweet. We believe that the people of God should know, love, care for, and serve one another in the body of Christ.

Praying together. Corporate prayer is vital to the establishment, growth, and stability of the church. Join us on Sunday evenings as we lift up praises and petitions to our God.

Being well-connected. While we believe in the independence of the local church, we see blessings of mutual encouragement, assistance, edification, counsel, and cooperation that comes with connection to other churches.
